In summer, the lake reaches a water temperature of up to 27°C and are therefore the warmest lakes in Bavaria.
With its idyllic mountain panorama, the lake is one of the insider tips among lidos and has two lido restaurants, each with a playground for children, diving towers. The Tenglinger lido has a boule alley, boat rentals and table tennis tables, and the Tachinger lido has a wet play area for children, a handicapped-accessible bathing wheelchair at the water rescue hut and is adjacent to a community campsite.
