My hobbies and my favorite thing at work

In my free time I travel a lot around Reit im Winkl and therefore know a lot of beautiful excursion destinations, the most beautiful places around the Chiemsee, for example. I know the cities in the area more or less by heart: Traunstein, Rosenheim, Salzburg, Munich ...

I am happy to pass on my experiences and tips to the guests at the counter, who often come to the Tourist Information Office for precisely such insider tips.

My tip where to meet locals (the "younger generation")

If you want to meet the "younger Reit im Winklerinnen and Reit im Winkler", it is best to head to "Gartei" for a glass in the evening (that's at Milchbar, across from the town hall). An absolute must in winter is the mulled wine stand at the town hall with its white mulled wine and homemade apricot schnapps.

Why do you like to work in the Tourist Information Office?

Because no day is like the other and something new always happens. Every day very different guests come to us with different requests and we try everything to meet them. I really like this variety in my job. We are also a great team and I look forward to going to work every day.
