The central location allows you to reach all localities, winter and summer hiking trails, swimming pool, cross-country skiing trails, ski school, shuttle bus to the ski lifts, shopping facilities in the village area on foot within a few minutes.Just leave your car in our car park at the house.Our guests enjoy in winter 10% on ski rental and in-house free sled rental. Shuttle bus to the ski lifts. For only 1 Euro use of the Benz-Eck ski lifts during your entire stay. Free car ride to the Winklmoos-Alm. Free hiking bus.The large sunbathing lawn, pure sun from the early morning hours until the evening hours invite you to relax.For the children there is a playground with swings, wave slide and lots of equipment.Since we pay a lot of attention to the environment, our house is completely supplied with natural heat and our own electricity generated by PV.
