Family-friendly "Almen" trail in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Reit im Winkl. Beautiful nature and great impressions.
Tour description:
Starting point: Hindenburghütte
Along the high moor, this leisurely family hike leads past the St. Anna's Chapel to the alpine pastures of the Obere Hemmersuppenalm, where cows and horses graze in the pasture. Enjoy with your family the peace and quiet with beautiful locations and great views of the surrounding mountains of the Chiemgau, in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in our region.
If you want to hike a little further, you can walk past the alpine pastures, a part of our premium trail Almgenuss (not suitable for prams, leave it at the alpine pastures). With a bit of luck, you will be accompanied by the whistle of the marmots. This route leads back on the same route.
Where are the animals of the forest hiding, is there a forest spirit or a mountain dwarf up here? Who or what is hiding under the thick trees? In children, the imagination is limitless. Search, collect, see and be amazed.
